• Messages you send to us or to a business that uses Fixarae, and records of calls made to Fixarae numbers.
• Basic technical information from your browser, such as pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule calls and appointments, and send the confirmations and reminders you asked for.
• To provide our services to the businesses that use Fixarae, including replying to their customers on their behalf.
• To improve our services and keep them secure.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send messages related to your request or appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Fixarae (such as our hosting, database, texting, email and AI providers), under agreements that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.

Keeping your information

We keep information as long as needed to provide our services, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
