These terms apply to fixarae.com and the Fixarae services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Our services
Fixarae helps home service businesses respond to leads by text, book appointments, send reminders and request reviews. Service details and pricing for clients are agreed before setup. Plans are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.
Text messaging program
- Program: Fixarae sends text messages about your request, quotes, appointments, reminders and follow-ups, on our own behalf or on behalf of the business you contacted.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointments.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP, or email hello@fixarae.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Don't use our services to send spam, to message people who haven't agreed to hear from you, or for anything illegal.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep everything running and accurate, but our services are provided “as is”. Results like bookings and revenue depend on many things outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
